This Acceptable Use Policy describes what is and isn't allowed on Encryptik's infrastructure. It applies to every account, including our high-risk and RUO hosting plans.
Note: This page is a starting template covering the standard points a hosting provider's policy typically addresses. It is not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review this content — especially given the high-risk merchant categories Encryptik serves — before treating it as final.
This Acceptable Use Policy exists to keep Encryptik's infrastructure stable, legal, and available for legitimate businesses — including the high-risk categories we intentionally serve. Privacy and offshore infrastructure are not a shield for illegal activity.
Regardless of jurisdiction, the following are strictly prohibited on any Encryptik-hosted account:
We host research-use-only (RUO) peptide vendors and similar high-risk merchants as a core part of our business. Customers in these categories are expected to accurately represent their products, comply with applicable labeling and marketing requirements in the jurisdictions where they sell, and not market RUO products for human consumption.
Shared hosting resources are subject to fair use. Accounts that consistently consume disproportionate CPU, memory, or bandwidth in a way that affects other customers may be asked to upgrade to a higher-resource plan or take corrective action.
When we receive a substantiated abuse report or legal notice, we investigate and act consistent with our Report Abuse process and the response windows described in our SLA, including our 48-hour guaranteed resolution window on takedown notices. Content that clearly violates Section 2 (particularly CSAM) is removed immediately upon verification, without the standard notice window.
If you believe an Encryptik-hosted site is violating this policy, please see our Report Abuse page for how to submit a report.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund, depending on severity. We reserve the right to report illegal activity, including CSAM, to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
