By registering for, accessing, or using any service provided by Encryptik Hosting ("Encryptik," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Encryptik provides shared web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related services. Specific features, storage, and support levels vary by plan as described on our pricing pages.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our money-back guarantee, where applicable to your plan.
Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in content removal, service suspension, or termination.
Our uptime target and takedown notice response commitments are described in our Service Level Agreement.
You may cancel your service at any time from the Client Area. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, subject to the notice procedures described in our SLA where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encryptik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss, though we maintain regular backups as described in your plan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
