Last updated: July 2026

If you believe content or activity hosted on Encryptik's network violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, here's how to report it.

1. What to Report

Please report any content or activity hosted on Encryptik infrastructure that you believe violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — report this immediately, it is our highest priority
  • Phishing, malware, or other malicious content
  • Spam originating from a hosted domain
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity

2. How to Report

Email abuse@encryptikhosting.com with as much detail as possible, including:

  • The URL or domain of the content in question
  • A description of the violation
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, headers, etc.)
  • Your contact information, in case we need to follow up

3. What Happens Next

Reports are reviewed by our team and investigated against the account in question. Content that clearly constitutes CSAM or an immediate legal or security threat is removed on an expedited basis. For other reports, we follow the verification and notice process described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Our 48-Hour Guarantee

For substantiated legal takedown notices, our infrastructure ownership lets us guarantee resolution within 48 hours — see our SLA for full detail.

5. False Reports

Reports submitted in bad faith to harass a legitimate business or suppress lawful content will be disregarded and may result in the reporting party being blocked from submitting further reports.
