Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Last updated: July 2026

This SLA describes the uptime, takedown response, and support commitments that come standard with every Encryptik hosting plan.

Note: This page is a starting template covering the standard points a hosting provider's policy typically addresses. It is not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review this content — especially given the high-risk merchant categories Encryptik serves — before treating it as final.

1. Uptime Commitment

We target 99.9% infrastructure uptime, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (which are communicated in advance) and events outside our reasonable control.

2. Takedown Notice Response

Because we control our own upstream infrastructure, we guarantee a 48-hour resolution window on substantiated legal takedown notices — meaning you receive a defined response and resolution timeframe rather than an indefinite or unexplained suspension. This does not apply to content that constitutes an immediate legal or safety threat (such as CSAM), which is removed immediately upon verification.

3. Support Response Times

Support tickets submitted through the Client Area are triaged by priority. Managed and Enterprise plans receive priority queue placement. We aim to provide an initial response within one business day for standard requests.

4. Backups

Off-site backups are configured for hosting accounts as described in your plan. Backups are provided as a convenience and do not replace maintaining your own copies of critical data.

5. Scheduled Maintenance

Planned maintenance that may affect availability is scheduled during low-traffic windows where possible and communicated in advance via the Client Area or email.

6. Remedies

If we fail to meet the uptime commitment in a given month, contact support with your account details — service credits may be issued at our discretion based on the extent of the outage.
